that which saves
I'm not a fan of emaciated pit bull posts in my FB feed. My tendency is to get lost in savin'. And the what for if I can't even save myself.
So I do what I do to get by. I buy the right creams for all that's dry. Dr. Hauschka comes to save my lips, Aesop resurrects my hands.
How does one contemplate at a fork in the road? I mean, which is the right path to take? Dr. Hauschka comes to save my lips, Aesop resurrects my hands.
Stay close to the beat of the choice of heart and make due with the trail you're on. Dr. Hauschka comes to save my lips, Aesop resurrects my hands.

Act of kindness
My winter's breath sends away the cold and my heart swells closer to the surface. With winter comes the quiet solitude not afforded on a hot summer's day. It's not all bad. The contemplation and the inward focus can become an act of such great kindness. If we can be gentle with ourselves and confront our own fears with the same love and generosity we'd extend to others, we'd all be better off.
